Event ya enquiry ka form roz bharta hai, aur tum har kisi ko haath se reply karte ho? Is guide mein ek chhota n8n workflow hai: n8n ka apna form khulta hai, koi use bhare to details Google Sheet ki nayi row mein jaati hain, bharne wale ko turant ek chhoti confirmation Gmail jaati hai, aur chaho to tumhare phone par Telegram ki ek khabar bhi aati hai.

> - Telegram (Send Message) optional hai: tumhe phone par ek chhoti si khabar deta hai.
> - Humne ye workflow kisi account par chalaya nahi hai: ye starter hai. Credentials tum jodoge, ek test se check karoge, phir publish karoge.

Reel mein jo naam aur email dikhe (Priya, '.example' wala email) wo banaya hua example hai: koi asli insaan nahi.

## Kya chahiye

- n8n: apne server par self-host (Community Edition) ya n8n Cloud (free trial). Form tabhi chalega jab workflow publish ho (neeche).
- Google account jisme Sheets aur Gmail ho.
- Ek Google Sheet jisme pehli row mein columns hon: Name, Email, Message, aur Sheet ka naam Enquiries.
- Telegram bot (optional) agar phone par khabar chahiye.
- n8n ka form URL (Production URL) jo tum khud open karoge.

## Form ka URL: Test vs Production (n8n docs ke hisaab se)

- Test URL: editor mein Execute Step ya Execute Workflow dabane par chalta hai, debugging ke liye.
- Production URL: "when you publish the workflow". Workflow ko save aur publish karna zaroori hai, tabhi ye URL kaam karta hai. Isi URL ko log use karenge.

## Step by step

1. n8n kholo (Cloud trial ya apna self-host) aur ek naya workflow banao.
2. Neeche wala starter workflow Import from File se laao (download button upar hai), ya JSON copy karke canvas par paste karo.
3. Google Sheet banao (Name, Email, Message; Sheet ka naam Enquiries). Save Enquiry node mein apna Google Sheets credential, Document aur Sheet chuno.
4. Send Reply node mein apna Gmail credential jodo, Subject aur Message apne hisaab se badlo.
5. Telegram chahiye to Alert Me mein bot credential aur Chat ID bharo; nahi to node hata do.
6. Enquiry Form ka Test URL kholo, ek test form khud bharo (apna hi email do): Sheet mein row aani chahiye aur mail aani chahiye.
7. Sab theek lage to Save aur Publish karo, phir Production URL share karo.

Is JSON mein credentials nahi hain aur Document khali hai: tumhe khud bharna hai. Mail ka text aur Sheet ke column naam hamari design hain, apne hisaab se badlo.

> **Gmail node ki ek line (docs)**
>
> - Option "Append n8n attribution": "By default, the node appends the statement This email was sent automatically with n8n to the end of the email. To remove this statement, turn this option off."
> - Matlab: agar tum chahte ho ki mail mein ye line na jaye, to Send Reply node ke options mein ye attribution option band karo.
> - Telegram node mein bhi ye attribution option hota hai (default on); starter mein Alert Me par band hai.

## Rules: kisko mail jaye, aur data

- Mail sirf unhe jaye jinhone khud form bhara. Bulk ya cold mail ke liye ye workflow mat use karo.
- Gmail ki sending limits hoti hain (Google ke Workspace sending limits page par dekho); yahan koi number nahi likha hai, aur limits badalti rehti hain.
- Logon ka data (naam, email, message) private rakho: Sheet kisi ke saath public share mat karo.
- Ye hamari salaah hai, guarantee nahi.

## Aam galtiyan

- Workflow publish nahi kiya: Production URL tab kaam nahi karta.
- Test URL ko hi share kar dena: wo sirf editor mein kaam karta hai.
- Sheet ke column naam ya Sheet ka naam workflow se alag.
- Gmail credential jode bina chalana, ya galat Email field map karna.
- Pehle test apne hi email se karna bhool jaana.
